I’m so impressed. Shaun is a great communicator. He answered my emails/questions within hours. He then arrived bang on time for our 11 o’clock appointment today. I have a galley kitchen which makes cleaning the oven very difficult, but Shaun got into lots of different positions (On hands and knees/lying down) in order to clean it thoroughly. It’s gleaming and I can’t stop gazing at it. It looks like new and it’s 17 years old! Shaun is totally professional, but at the same time very personable. Shaun arrived on time and just got on with it. The inside of our cooker had not been cleaned for about 2 years so needed attention. When Shaun had finished, it was sparking and looked brand new. He also cleaned our freestanding trays to the same standard. I have not used this company before and requested a clean from him based on previous reviews, so have not been disappointed. This business is great. Always excellent. Stop and think how horrible a job it is spending your afternoon cleaning the oven – and you would struggle to get it done as well as Pro Cleaning can – and you will realise what great value this is.

Wow It’s always a pleasure when Shaun comes to clean my oven. I get a confirmation email reminding me that we have an appointment and he always keeps to that, arriving bang on time and simply getting on with the job. Shaun has to work in a very confined space (I have a galley kitchen and when the oven door is open, there is very little room in which to manoeuvre). I don’t know how he does it, but this is how he leaves my absolutely ancient oven (it’s somewhere between 15 and 20 years old, yet It looks like it’s come straight from the showroom!

And the price? So very reasonable the I can scarcely believe it. And there’s yet another bonus. Shaun is an incredibly pleasant man with no airs and graces. I can do nothing other than highly recommend him.

We’ve tried all the off the shelf cleaning products to clean our oven some with moderate success, some not. We try to keep things relatively clean but some stuff was just too burnt on. I was loathed to spend on a cleaning service but finally the time had come. I was not convinced that it would leave the oven in pristine condition but Shaun proved me wrong. An excellent job that really did leave our (double) oven (literally) spotless. More than happy to recommend without reservation.

I cannot recommend Shaun highly enough. Great value for money. We moved into a a new house with two ovens that looked liked they had never been cleaned. Shaun came and cleaned our oven last week. Due to covid we had to let him in (with mask on) and then immediately leave the room so we didn’t get to see him ‘in action’ but he quietly got on with the job. After 1.5 hours (the amount of time he estimated) he called me to say he’d finished and he’d wiped down anything he had touched – very professional, careful and hygienic. He did a fantastic job, the oven looks almost new again! I would definitely recommend his service.
